Hi there, I’m Rachel
I am a NASM-certified personal trainer with a specialty in corrective exercise for prenatal and postnatal clients. I am a mother of two with one on the way who is deeply passionate about walking with women during the pregnancy and postpartum seasons. My goal is to help moms build strength and confidence throughout their pregnancy and carry that into early postpartum and beyond.

If you’re pregnant, let me help you feel your best throughout all three trimesters. As your body grows and changes, it is important to learn how to stay connected to your core. We will establish a foundation and develop a plan that is right for your fitness level. We will work on exercises that will keep you strong and give you the stamina you need for labor and delivery. Once you are ready after baby arrives, we can transition to the postpartum rehab and recovery phase of your care.
Creating a solution to the problem
Women are typically given the “all clear” at their 6 week postpartum check up to exercise. But what types of activities are safe for your core and pelvic floor that early postpartum? How can you tell when your body is ready to resume running, heavy lifting, or high-intensity interval trainings? I’m here to answer those questions for you and develop a plan for you to safely meet your goals.
In-person and virtual options
My goal is to make it as convenient as possible for you to receive quality prenatal and postpartum training. I am happy to work with you in your home, a different location or virtually.
